Elekis Plays With Light

Elekis Poblete Teirney (she/her) is a freelance lighting artist and designer of Chilean/Pākehā descent currently residing in the unceded lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation in Naarm/Melbourne Australia. Elekis’ light and design practices are based in the circles of dance, physical theatre and installation work where she explores light and darkness as meaning makers within narrative and experiential contexts.

Elekis is open to new collaborations and working across Australia and Aotearoa/New Zealand.
